So, as I am putting together my training plan (that’ll start this coming Monday….way to wait till the last minute, right?!).
I have the basics together, and am starting to get excited about my training plan, but…..where should I fit in my leg workouts?? I still aim for hitting weights 2-3 times a week, and definitely think doing leg workouts (although I never do super heavy) is important….the trouble with running 4 days a week as opposed to 3 with 2 cross training days….I don’t know if I should work legs the DAY OF A HARD WORKOUT, or THE DAY AFTER MY LONG RUN?
Does anyone have any recommendations?
What training plans have you used recently? I am combining mine from my old coach, runner’s world, and Run Less Run Faster!
